2011-2016: Team member in the research project Utopia versus realism in Romania’s foreign policy. From World War I to 1975, run by the University Valahia of Targoviste, Romania – director of project Dr. Silviu Miloiu. My broad research topic in this project: Romanian-Soviet relations during the Cold War.

2010-2012: Team member in the research project Competition in Socialist Society run by the University of Helsinki, Finland – director of project Dr. Katalin Miklossy. My research topic in this project: Hotel Intercontinental in Bucharest – competitive advantage for the socialist tourist industry in Romania.

2005-2007 – Team member in the research project Europe from a peripheral perspective, XIX-XX centuries, directors of project Dr. Ion Stanciu and Dr. Silviu Miloiu, University Valahia of Targoviste, Romania.

Results:

Ianuarie – iunie 2020:Cercetător (expert pentru România) în proiectul Looking West: The European Socialist Regimes facing pan-European Cooperation and the European Community (PanEur1970s), finanțat de European Research Council, Instituție gazdă: European University Institute (Florența, Italia)

2011-2016: Membru în echipa proiectului de cercetare intitulat Utopia versus realism in Romania’s foreign policy. From World War I to 1975, Universitatea ‘Valahia’ din Târgovişte; Director de proiect: Dr. Silviu Miloiu. Domeniul meu de interes în acest proiect: Relaţii româno-sovietice în perioada postbelică.

2010-2012: Membru în echipa proiectului de cercetare intitulat Competiţia în societatea socialistă/Competition in Socialist Society, Universitatea din Helsinki; Director de proiect: Dr. Katalin Miklossy. Tema mea de cercetare în acest proiect are în vedere Hotelul Intercontinental din Bucureşti. Titlul subproiectului meu este Hotel Intercontinental in Bucharest – competitive advantage for the socialist tourist industry in Romania.

2005-2007: Membru în echipa proiectului de cercetare intitulat Europa dintr-o perspectivă periferică, sec. XIX-XX, Universitatea ‘Valahia’ din Târgovişte. Directori de proiect:  Dr. Ion Stanciu şi Dr. Silviu Miloiu.

Rezultate:

În urma acestor cercetări, am scris şi publicat o serie de cărți, capitole în cărţi colective şi articole academice. Câteva dintre acestea sunt enumerate în secţiunea Publications/Publicaţii.
